Rebecca has been working in the field of family law for over 20 years - nothing surprises her and her vast experience will be used to efficiently and effectively resolve your matter and meet your goals. Our Technology

After working for one of the largest firms in family law, and then being managing partner of a boutique family law firm, Rebecca had great insight into the inner workings of running a family law firm before opening Berlin Melzer Law. Being a great lawyer and advocate is simply not enough. Utilizing technology for a client’s best interests is also critical. As a result, when Rebecca opened her firm, she invested in technology and systems to streamline cases and use Artificial Intelligence to benefit clients,. You will observe this from the outset with our electronic intake system and how we manage your case along the way. We use a secure client portal to message with clients and provide an ability to send confidential information securely.

Rebecca was appointed as a founding member on the Illinois State Bar Association Standing Committee on Artificial Intelligence and the Practice of Law.  She was also nominated and acts as a co-chair on the Artificial Intelligence subcommittee of the Illinois State Bar Association Family Law Section Counsel.
